Halloween Music & Magic Show

It's time for music and magic! Put on your most creative costume and enjoy a family spooktacular Halloween show. The evening will begin with the music of Orange Sherbert and then some Halloween magic by Brian Scott. For ages 3 to 103. Tickets: $9 general admission, children under 3 free. Tickets are limited. Halloween Carnival & Costume Parade

Marin Country Mart Farmers' Market, Larkspur

Saturday, 9 am–2 pm

Bring the family to celebrate the spookiest day of the year with a Halloween carnival! Dress up your children and bring them to the big farmers’ market tent for a kids costume parade from 10:30 to 11 am, or do the same with your pooch for a costume pup parade from 11 to 11:30 am! The Farmers’ Market will also feature face painting, pony rides, kid’s music by Christopher Smith, kids’ Halloween crafts by SCRAP, and a pumpkin patch. For more info, visit their website.

Not-Too-Spooky Halloween

Habitot Children's Museum, Berkeley

Come to our not-too-spooky celebration for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Play miniature golf in the garden graveyard, paint miniature pumpkins and fly paper ghosts in the Wind Tunnel. Fall Family Festival

Bring the family to this free fall celebration at Novato's family friendly sports and fitness club. Wildcare: Halloween at Deer Park

Take a short hike in Deer Park, looking for signs of autumn. Have plants gone to seed? Which trees drop their leaves? Why are spiders so conspicuous this time of year? Bring a snack and gather under the “Halloween” tree for a story. Enjoy a day out in nature with the family. WildCare naturalists will lead fun family programs full of discovery. Trick-or-Treat Downtown Novato

Grant Avenue, Novato

Saturday, 11 am–2 pm

The Downtown Novato Business Association will host its Safe Trick-or-Treat event along Grant Avenue in downtown Novato from 11 am to 3 pm. Every year this Halloween event is popular with kids and their parents. Businesses along Grant Avenue will give out candy and there will be a variety of other fun activities at various locations downtown. For more info, visit their website.
