Heavy rains and floods hit Bolivia, 15 dead
Around 15 people were killed in heavy rains in Bolivia. According to media reports, more than 10,400 families suffered damages to their property owing to heavy floods in six regions of the country. Vice minister of Civil Defence, Oscar Cabrera, has said that seven people were killed in Cochabamba, five in Potosi, one in Santa Cruz, and two in Chuquisaca. The minister added there is a risk of further property damage in northern part of La Paz and Cotagaita’s Potosi municipality. WBPB190115
