Dozens of people were killed in a deadly terrorist attack in the Turkish capital Ankara. According to media reports, up to 20 people were killed in twin explosions that occurred outside Ankara’s main train station. It is believed that the explosions targeted people who had gathered at the spot to protest the violence between the PKK, a Kurdish separatists group, and the Turkish authorities. Officials, who are investigating the claims that a suicide bomber was responsible for the deadly attacks, said that the explosions were the result of a terrorist attack.
