Position Summary: This is not a warehouse person. - Hours need to be flexible (7-4, 8-5, or 9-6) - Strong excel skills, strong organization skills, be able to handle 100''s of emails a day - These candidates will be dealing with the customer on a daily basis, they are like mini project managers This position must provide the client with the best overall levels of service, meet and exceed the established goals for on-time pick-up and delivery. Responsibilities may include, identify areas to improve service levels, problem resolution, pro-active approach with service provider and Logistics Centers rate quotes and respond to general inquires regarding client''s inventory and shipments. This position requires a background in logistics / warehousing. General Functions/Responsibilities *Standard transportation management, assign approved service provider for transportation based on carrier matrix. *Provide project management of site delivery activity. *Order set up via oEDI oManual oSite Handler

* Retrieve BOM from Site Handler

* Update Site Handler with customer required data per project requirements *Order Call-off Verification against Call-off vs. BOM oQuality audit for final call-off to Warehouse oUnderstand MOP/BOM and manage on hand materials to meet run rates *Project Management of Site Delivery Services oWorks with Site Survey & SRM for proper Lift Survey & PO oEnsure carrier assignment by TM by using management tools oEnsure final mile services are set up with proper equipment

* Validates with carrier *Communicate order priority to Hub/Merge *Provide rate quotes for nonstandard transportation, i.e. expedite shipments. Perform order registration which may include special requirements, ie, extra labor, forklifts, cranes, etc. oUnderstanding of transportation modes and service levels *Ensure on-time pickup and delivery, track and trace shipments. oApply applicable late reason codes in accordance to Service Failure tracking and reporting *Timely review and processing of service provider invoices *Inbound and outbound reconciliation for non technology service provider locations *Ensure supplier compliance by customer; pre-notice, on-time, proper packaging and labeling. *Work with service providers to resolve inventory discrepancies and other issues as needed. *Work with customer to resolve inventory discrepancies. Follow-up with regards to exception reporting and damage assessment, communicate to customer. *Escalate service failure and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution. oUpdates Service Failure tool and initiates root cause and corrective actions *Ensure proper inventory levels per customer expectations. *Actively participate in process flow documentation and standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement based on customer needs. *Configuration oUnderstand MOP/BOM and manage on hand materials to meet run rates oReport daily on MOH (NAL / Ericsson procured, not in AMS, in AMS, inbound & ETA) oCreate pre-kit Auths oEnsure orders picked and build meeting time line needs *Strong working knowledge of all AMS systems Qualifications *1 to 3 years of customer service background in logistics with ability to handle problem resolution in timely manner. *Previous Telecommunication site delivery coordination experience a plus. *Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge with strong emphasis on Excel used for tracking and analysis *Able to work well in a team environment as well as individually. *Must be able to manage inventory in an RF. Portal, and Manual system environment. This candidate will work in an office setting but will be expecting to travel to warehouse as needed.
