JOIN THE TAPFIN TEAM!

Under the direction of the Director of Market Intelligence, this role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and developing insights related to market conditions and workforce trends that impact the MSP programs of TAPFIN clients. The Sr. Data Analyst will have a keen understanding of where and how to analyze this information in relation to the client strategy and process. Furthermore, the Sr. Data Analyst will provide internal and external support for the Sales and Operations team in preparation and the delivery of market intelligence content.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

* Assess market trends and workforce dynamics to identify areas where modified strategy or process will greatly improve productivity, standardization or consistency of TAPFIN programs. The Sr. Data Analyst will conduct thorough reviews of existing business operations and apply thought leadership and strategic insight to client recommendations and support. Activities include the development of the Quarterly Market Report, presentation of key market trends to internal and external audiences, and project management and research analysis for Advisory Services engagements with clients

* Develop efficient and sustainable market intelligence content to support ongoing program requirements, new business development, and ad-hoc requests. The Sr. Data Analyst will be required to develop new material using data visualization and presentation tools

* The Sr. Data Analyst is also expected to conduct industry research and apply researched information, in order to enhance existing programs and service offerings. In addition to identifying solutions that can be integrated quickly into current business operations, the Sr. Data Analyst will also be required to lead the research for solutions that offer more robust and longer term benefits to the organization. The Sr. Data Analyst will support TAPFIN’s Process Excellence Team, as well as other members of TAPFIN in developing, validating and promoting innovative client solutions for deployment within the organization

* In addition to supporting TAPFIN business requirements, the Sr. Data Analyst will support TAPFIN Advisory Services and Global Workforce Analytics with market analysis, competitive research, and scenario modelling as part of consulting engagements

* Maintain knowledge of resource fulfillment program management activities and be able to provide resource management consultation to both program teams and support teams

* Performs other duties and projects as assigned

## Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business related field.

* 10 years of combined management consulting, research and analytic experience in a client-facing role.

* Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize accordingly and drive projects to resolution by meeting scope, quality and cost guidelines.

* Strong, analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills are a must and excellent organization and prioritization skills are essential.

* Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills are also required.

* Must be able to work independent of direction and deliver high quality solutions to multiple level stakeholders.

* Critical thinking skills and time management skills are also a must along with the ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, high performance environment.

* The ability to understand processes/activities germane to the staffing industry such as conducting bill rate/pay rate analysis, assessing technical skills/job requirements.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Microsoft Sharepoint are a must.
