Manpower is currently seeking Provider Service Representative in the Bowling Green, KY area. You'll be responsible for timely and accurate service to our callers in an inbound call center. Callers to our department include physician's offices, hospitals, billing agencies, home care agencies and ect. You will handle calls regarding claim status, appeal status, eligibility and benefits, online tools, provider relations' issues and referral/authorization. It's a fast-paced challenge. It's a job that calls on you to be thoughtful, resourceful, team-driven and customer-focused. To put it mildly, there is never a dull moment!

Primary Responsibilities:.

* Handles inbound phone calls in a high volume call center environment

* Callers to our department include physician's offices, hospitals, billing agencies, home care agencies, functional therapy clinics, medical equipment dealers and others who might provide services to End Client members with the possibility of being paid by us.

* Provides accurate information in a helpful, collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of End Client products, policies and procedures.

* Inquiries will be made primarily by telephone but also through written format (email, mail, fax, etc).

* Captures and documents customer feedback.

* Receives, resolves and routes complaints as defined by department policy, procedures and guidelines.

* Resolves customer inquiries, complaints and problems, particularly in Claims Services, Member Services, ILR / COB, Payment Processing, the Provider Processing Center, Provider Relations, Provider Contracting, Medical Management, Benefits Administration, Pharmacy Services and the Behavioral Health and High-End Imaging vendors.

* Maintains productivity without sacrificing standard of customer service offered. Technical Proficiency

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* Should have excellent phone etiquette.

* Proficient with multitasking, Windows navigation, type at least 30 WPM. (Candidates will be assessed)

* 2+ years of relevant experience.

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

* Ability to independently handle and resolve incoming claims calls from members.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Familiarity with medical terminology and/or health care billing practices very helpful.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to speak both English and Spanish

* Additional knowledge of medical insurance

* Excellent customer service telephone skills,

* Ability to solve problems and analyze complex situations under pressure.

* Must be comfortable with all aspects of working with Windows-based computer systems Skills/Competencies:

* Negotiation skills

* Technical analysis and Verbal and written communication ability.
