This role requires an individual with broad external Talent Management generalist consulting experience. Team Leads support the business development process, participate in the design, development, and delivery of our key talent management initiatives, and oversee a small team of Talent Management Consultants and Senior Consultants.

The position in the Atlanta market requires deep external consulting experience in two or more of our core solutions, withcoaching expertise and experience strongly preferred. ICF or other certifications are desirable.Additionally, the ideal candidate will bring a strong network of client relationships in Atlanta/the Southeast.

The Senior Talent Management Consultant (TMC) Team Lead (TL) will be the key point of contact for business developers in the market, focused on growing Atlanta business. Additionally, this individual will be the engagement lead on large-scale;strategic client projects and cross practice projects that consistently exceed client expectations with optimum efficiency and profitability.

The Senior TMC TL will understand analytics around talent management in order to work with clients to identify and link workforce strategy to the business strategy.

The Senior TMC TL will be responsible for winning business through the design and presentation of proposed solutions as well as articulating business ROI. This individual will design initiatives that support the strategy, lead project teams, and deliver solutions as an individual contributor.

The Senior TMC TL should bring leading-edge thinking and best practices to these areas and should maintain multiple, continuous learning and networking relationships.

Responsibilities- Include but are not limited to:

* Lead a team of consultants to assess, design, develop, deliver and evaluate client projects.
* Coach and manage team and individual performance to attain and exceed goals.
* Build strong relationships at senior levels within client organizations, including the C-suite, in order to understand their business context and perspective, to diagnose, design and implement quality consulting solutions in order to develop strong credibility as a service provider.
* Expand relationships upward and across client organizations to enhance client intimacy.
* Balanceoversight of multiple, parallel engagements within client organizations.
* Collaborate with Business Development Consultants (BDCs) to demonstrate capabilities and develop new business opportunities.
* Deliver large and medium-scale client projects and cross-practice projects.
* Serve as a thought leader andpartner with colleagues across regional boundaries to share intellectual property and best practices to build Right Management’s brand as the leading global provider of workforce solutions,
* Represent Right Management’s thought leadership through local, regional and/or national speaking events.
* Manage the internal processes that support a small team of consultants including performance management, professional development, expenses/PTO management and workload distribution.

Requirements:

* 8-10 years of external Talent Management/Organizational Consulting expertise.
* Experience supporting a Sales function including lead generation, providing subject matter expertise to RFPs and acting as a SME on sales calls.
* Advance degree (M.B.A.,Ph.D) in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field, required.
* A consultative, solutions mindset to winning business and developing individual solutions to meet the specific business needs of our clients.
* Business Acumen,Organizational Savvy and significant Professional Presence.
* Consulting and facilitation experience in two or more of these areas: Leadership Development, Coaching, Competency Modeling, Assessments/Assessment Centers, Succession Management, Change Management, Workforce Alignment, and Employee Engagement. (NOTE: Executive coaching experience preferred for this market.)
* Experience delivering to senior level executives.
* Experience with widely-recognized normed assessment instruments such as Hogan, HBDI and 360 Assessments, required. Multiple certifications preferred.
* International project experience a plus.
* Capacity and motivation to work in a virtual, collaborative team environment with highly competent peers required.
* Desire and capability to manage people required; people management experience strongly desired.
