This position is being recruited by ManpowerGroup Solutions, RPO, for The T System.

Serve as a knowledge expert for clients surrounding industry best practices related to clinical, operations, and /or financial performance. Provide consultative and instructional services to clients regarding T-System products and solutions.

**Primary objectives:**

+ Serve as a resource to clients and internal staff by maintaining current knowledge of health care industry in area of expertise, and best practices regarding T-System products.

+ Conduct client interactions using a consultative approach and exceptional customer service skills.

+ Analyze workflow and other opportunities at a client sites in the areas of clinical, operational and/or financial performance for Emergency Department metrics, measures, goals and local policies; generate recommendations and solutions for clients verbally and in written reports as it relates to T-System products.

+ Provide educational and clinical workflow support for all levels and roles within client user groups (both classroom and virtual), regarding clinical, product and implementation aspects of client education.

+ Work with internal project team and client project team from initial pre-deployment to post-deployment follow-up during implementations, taking ownership of all aspects of KPI, workflow documentation, education and clinical support during project life cycles.

+ Administer and coordinate all aspects of client training including materials, evaluations, classroom set up, technology needs, on line learning needs, scheduling and client communications.

+ Incorporate adult learning principles and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize learning, retention and transfer.

+ Contribute to the design, development, review and testing of client facing education services training and technical materials.

+ Self-educate on all T-System products - updates and new products, in order to provide client consultation and articulate product value to clients.

+ Identify opportunities to incorporate additional T-System products into the client environment and opportunities for additional client consulting and training that will support workflow efficiency, greater patient accessibility and throughput, and improve patient experience.

**Qualifications** **:**

+ Exceptional interpersonal, consulting skills, verbal and written skills.

+ Collaboration and flexibility to work with internal work teams and external clients, including all levels of personnel is required.

+ Licensed registered nurses with 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine (certifications related to emergency nursing preferred; ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, BLS, SANE), or Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant with 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine.

+ Experience as a user of software based ED documentation solutions, preferred. Experience with T-System EV solutions highly desirable.

+ Coding experience desirable.

+ Experience in training delivery. Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning requirements highly desirable.

+ Must be able to exchange accurate information with clients and co-workers in a clear audible speaking voice and hear normal speech.

+ Self-starting, motivated, hardworking and ability to have a flexible schedule.

+ Basic computer skills are required (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

+ Strong organizational skills required. Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.

+ Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

+ Must be able to stand for long periods.

+ Must be able to sit for long periods.

+ Travel up to 75%
