Job Description

Conduct programs of job analysis for employer. May specialize in specific areas, Provides consultative guidance and interpretation to managers, supervisors, and team members related to all broad based compensation programs and policies. Provides detailed compensation research and analysis studies as required. Participates in compensation surveys and analyzes responses to ensure that compensation remains competitive to attract, retain and motivate employees. Analyzes compensation programs for various employee groups, including exempt, non-exempt, and management.

Assists with key broad based compensation programs, which include salary increases, job evaluation, merit planning and analysis and compliance.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support business lines for requests for market salary comparison

data following agreed upon schedule and timelines. Provide targeted, solution based consultative support to HRBPs

and act as a reliable Compensation Partner focused on maximizing results while maintaining Compensation integrity and values. Develops reports and performs thorough data analysis and modeling. Develops and administers data auditing processes to maintain and ensure data integrity. Administers and maintains automation of analyses for Human Resources data requirements. Assists in management of annual compensation reviews; merit cycle planning, supports and maintains compensation planning system and participates in the administration of all related processes. Participates in salary surveys by determining appropriate job matches and furnishing requested information. Analyzes results of salary surveys for the banks benchmark and non-benchmark jobs. Provides data on market changes for salary planning. Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results of salary surveys each year for benchmark and non-benchmark jobs provides

guidance to managers on compensation policies and procedures. Ensure Compliance with Compensation related laws and regulations and complete required audits (i.e. Quarterly and Weekly FLSA Audits, Car Allowance Audits, Annual NY Wage Act process, monthly approved

Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent

Experience - Between 5 and 7 Years

At least 5 years
