We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team in the position of **Associate Software QA Developer.**

**Responsibilities**

+ Developing and maintaining test plans/cases/scripts for manual/automated functional or performance testing.

+ Test execution and reporting.

+ Managing work assignments including defects, tasks, test cases in Team Foundation Server.

+ Working with the development, customer support, and Product Management teams to address defect resolution and retesting.

+ Understanding and identifying risks; reporting status to the QA manager and project leads.

**Requirements**

+ Education and/or work experience targeted towards one or more of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, Software Quality Assurance.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems (client and server).

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication of test results and expected system functionality.

+ Solid troubleshooting and analysis skills with attention to details and quality.

+ Ability to work in an agile and rapidly changing environment.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team, willing to put in an extra effort to deploy high-quality software in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

**Assets/Preferred**

+ Ability to use network diagnostic tools.

+ Finding and narrowing down problems in applications running in/with Windows and .NET environment, SQL Server, IIS, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange.

+ Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts, including troubleshooting and resolving common system related issues.

+ Experience with defect tracking/management systems.

+ Experience with virtualization technology such as VMWare and/or Hyper-V.

+ Hands on SQL scripting experience.

+ Familiarity with recent and current versions of Microsoft Office.

+ Ability to install and configure Microsoft Windows.
