Call Center in the Pittston Area currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives. This long-term project has a pay rate of $16.41 per hour and hours of work are 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday. Orientation and Training to start in mid January. In this role you will be responding by phone or correspondence to the questions of our client's customers. The Customer Service Representative will exhibit sound judgment, excellent organization skills and be comfortable and accustomed to working in a fast-paced detail oriented environment. Communication skills must excellent both verbally and in written correspondence. A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential and your data entry should be fast and accurate. If selected, you will first need to take assessments to evaluate your skill level.
To be considered, you need a minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent and one year + of recent Customer Service Call Center experience. Comprehensive Background Check required.
