Western Union Payments is seeking a National Account Executive. This is a Work From Home position.

In this role, you will sustain and grow the usage of Western Union's Payments products and services within their assigned account base; develop new business accounts and cross sell new services into existing accounts. You will be accountable for representing Western Union product/service portfolio, insuring our key customers are performing at the highest levels of financial return and satisfaction. This will involve strategic planning, communication, execution and review of the various programs and initiatives.

In addition, you will:

* Have strong knowledge of the Biller Direct Payment industry along with

extensive knowledge of transaction processing of ACH, ATM, Debt and Credit

Cards and EBPP

* Employ a consultative selling approach and establishing a trusted advisor

relationship in order to ensure client retention, contract renewal, revenue

enhancement

* Develop and present proposals based upon a deep understanding of business

issues and requirements

* Collaborate effectively with various functional teams including Product

Development, Compliance and Project Management teams to ensure

seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growth

* Provide reporting to the accounts on a regular basis, provide regular and

requested internal reporting and insure all associated functions within Western

Union are properly aware of the needs and activities of these important

customers

**Qualifications:**

* Demonstrate success in selling bill payment solutions to financial institutions

and/or consumer biller companies in the Payment industry

* 10+ years selling experience with a track record of meeting sales targets

* 5-10 years in solution sales experience in Financial Services and Payments

* Experience in selling complex solutions into large financial institution

* Experience working in large matrix organization.

* Experience selling to C Level management

* Ability to negotiate and close complex deals which involve: prospecting,

proposal development, and continual relationship management

* Experience prospecting and selling to multiple vertical markets: utility, health

care, insurance, and other financial services preferred

* Strong Knowledge of ACH processing and ATM Network

* Strong Debit /credit card knowledge

* Solid understanding of e-billing

* Confident presentation skills; able to articulate a value proposition to a wide

range of organizational and functional levels

* Proven successful background securing new clients

* Possesses Account management skills

* Ability to travel as needed (30 - 50%). Experience with overnight travel

required
