Reporting to a Manpower CORE Recruiter Manager, the CORE Recruiter Lead will perform some standard CORE Recruiter functions AND provide day to day leadership and coaching for up to 15 Associate Recruiters and / or Coordinators. Primary responsibilities include managing full life cycle recruitment processes, coaching and day to day team leadership, monitoring and assisting in the management of Recruiter performance, assisting in Recruiter Training and Development, Quality, assisting in the design of Sourcing Strategies, Reporting and other Administrative and Systems duties as needed.

What your day to day leadership will look like:

Recruiting Production

Demonstrate technical knowledge

Demonstrates SME level industry sector knowledge and specific technical knowledge

Detailed and extensive market maps, hotlists and candidate networks

Runs team training sessions for team members

Reporting as required for management and leadership teams

Consistently high net promoter scores (retain)

Suggest innovation and efficiencies to improve current processes and procedures

Be an advocate for Brand values and actively promote key initiative programs

Manage and measure the recruiter scorecard (# calls, # interviews, # presentations, # offers, # starts)

Team Leadership and Coaching

Day to day leadership of direct reports

Help facilitate the onboarding process; New Hire Ramp UP conducting team meetings

Monitoring and ensuring processes and procedures are followed

Assist in the hiring process

Assisting in the management of employee issues

Monitor and assist in the managing achievement of Team and Individual goals

Review daily productivity, set priorities, load balance

Coach and assist in Recruiter performance management

Monitoring systems and ensuring productivity is documented

Assist in developing performance plans when metrics are not being met

Identify and celebrate high performers

Training and Development

Guide Resources through their development on the CORE team

Provide day to day coaching and training

Conduct WOW meetings monthly to review performance, development plans, goals

Have daily, weekly touch points and manage training and development opportunities for employees

Ensure employees are utilizing training offered and following their defined plan

Ensuring Quality

Audit systems to ensure quality of documentation

Listen and audit calls; interviews, interview preps, debriefs, voicemails

Strategies

May lead Client Intake calls to obtain information needed to create recruiting strategies

Assist in the development of sourcing and recruiting strategies

Track sourcing strategy success and revise as needed

Work with Talent Acquisition partners to keep abreast of emerging sourcing tools and resources

Ensure team is participating in training on new sourcing tools and resources

Keep Google Drive/Community updated with Sourcing strategies and best practices

Reporting

Generate reporting from systems as required

Review and analyze reports for trends, opportunities and areas of improvement

Prepare Recruiter Scorecards

What you will bring to the position:

● Minimum 3 year of experience in the Staffing industry or high volume recruiting environment including full life cycle recruitment processes to include: candidate attraction/sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management and offer negotiations.

● Experience in coaching, mentoring and/or day to day team leadership

● Managing daily Recruiting production metrics

● Experience in advanced sourcing and recruiting for a client with defined processes Job Summary:
