ManpowerGroup, the world leader in innovative workforce solutions, is currently seeking a Benefits Analyst for its Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI! As a Benefits Analyst, you are responsible for the ongoing administration and operation of all of ManpowerGroup's benefit plans. This includes areas such as ongoing benefit plan compliance activities and maintaining current knowledge of regulatory developments & operational best practices, then integrating this knowledge into ongoing plan operational activities. You will also be tasked with maintaining close and effective relationships with third party vendors and other benefits and Human Resources staff, as well as internal partners such as Payroll, Accounting and IT in an effort to identify opportunities for process improvements, resolve customer and data issues, and ensure plan operations conform to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies. The important work you do includes:
*Review and analyze the company's benefit programs to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement change in an effective and timely manner
*Support the planning and administration of the new hire process and annual enrollment
*Research, analyze and formulate responses to escalated cases, benefit and eligibility disputes, and operational errors with application of plan provisions and policies
*Track and prepare reports for management with current data regarding benefit plan costs and plan participation as required
*Gather data needed to support insurance renewals, plan audits, benefit surveys and ad hoc reporting
*Responsible for monthly billing, audits and financial accuracy of plans
*Daily operational activities associated with plan administration including the funding of contributions, data error correction, and data audits
*Provide excellent customer service to employees, retirees and other stakeholders through effective plan operations and problem resolution
*Monitor and maintain plan compliance
*Process certain plan transactions and plan compliance

*Minimum of four years of benefit plan administration experience
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree preferred
*Experience with, and understanding of, benefit plan operations and compliance requirements
*Strong analytical skills with experience applying them to systems and data issues
*Strong customer service skills
*The ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
*The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail
*Experience with HRIS systems and third party benefit plan vendors such as benefit administrators, benefit vendors, legal counsel and auditors
*Ability to handle confidential matters
