The Senior Employment Law Attorney advises and counsels internal clients (including Headquarters and Field personnel) on employment law and related matters. This role also provides guidance and recommendations to executives and managers relative to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, OSHA, immigration, labor/union, wage and hour, non-compete matters, etc. This role also provides guidance and recommendations related to drafting and updating company policies and procedures. Makes proactive recommendations regarding changes in the law and legal compliance. * Provides guidance and recommendations to executives and managers relative to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, OSHA, immigration, labor/union, wage and hour, non-compete matters, etc. * Provides guidance and recommendations related to drafting and updating company policies and procedures. Makes proactive recommendations regarding changes in the law and legal compliance. * Negotiates with opposing parties and counsel on employment-related disputes. Evaluates merits of and prepares responses to EEOC charges and other administrative agency complaints. * Assists Headquarters and Field in responding to DOL, OSHA and other audits and investigations. * Represents clients at hearings, settlement conferences, and mediations.
