**Required Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience.
+ Demonstrative record of success in an outside sales environment with emphasis on residential consumer sales is preferred.
+ Must have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
+ Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record and use of a reliable personal vehicle.
+ Must be able to work outdoors year around and work during evenings and weekends.
