Position Overview:

This role requires an individual with a broad skill set, including development, design and delivery of key talent management initiatives. This may include organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, assessments, and change management.

Additionally, this individual has the opportunity to be the engagement lead on large scale, strategic client projects and cross practice projects that consistently exceed client expectations with optimum efficiency and profitable cost effectiveness.

The Senior TMC will gather and evaluate analytics around talent management in order to work with clients to identify and link workforce strategy to the business strategy. The Senior TMC will be responsible for winning business through design and presentation of proposed solutions as well as articulating business ROI. This individual will design initiatives that support the strategy, lead project teams as well as deliver solutions as an individual contributor.

The Senior TMC should bring the latest thinking to these areas and should have multiple avenues of continuous learning. It is also important that he/she have maintained their business connections and community connections to stay current on best practices and have a broad perspective of what other companies are doing.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:

* Delivering large and medium scale, Senior client projects and cross practice projects that consistently exceed client expectations with optimum efficiency and profitable cost effectiveness

* Maintain oversight of multiple engagements within client organizations

* Expand relationships upward and across client organization to enhance client intimacy

* Collaborates with Sales team to demonstrate capabilities and develop new business opportunities contributing to the overall achievement of the regional and group plan.

* As a thought-leader, partners with colleagues nationally to share intellectual property and best practices to build Right Management’s brand as the leading global provider of workforce solutions, and represent that thought leadership through speaking events.

* Build strong relationships at senior levels within client organizations, including the C-suite in order to understand their business context and perspective to diagnose design and ensure delivery quality consulting solutions and develop strong credibility as a service provider.

Requirements:

* 10 years Talent Management/Organizational Consulting experience, consulting experience in a mid-sized to large organizations ( 4 years minimum external consulting firm experience).

* Experience supporting a Sales function including lead generation, providing subject matter expertise to RFPs and acting as a SME on sales calls.

* Ph.D. Psychology or Industrial/Organization Psychology area required.

* Ability to travel 30-40% (including some day travel)

* A consultative, solutions mindset to winning business and developing individual solutions to meet the specific business needs of our clients

* Consulting and facilitator experience in areas such as Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Competency Modeling, Assessments, Leadership Coaching, Performance Management, Change Management, Workforce Alignment, and Employee Engagement.

* Strong Assessment experience with widely recognized normed assessment instruments such as Hogan, HBDI, and 360 Assessment required.

* Experience delivering to senior level executives.

* Ongoing ability to leverage relations and generate dialogue with clients regarding delivering business results

* Business Acumen and Organizational Savvy

* International project experience a plus.

* Capacity and motivation to work in a collaborative team environment with highly competent peers required.
