The mission of the Manager, Marketing is to develop and implement marketing and sales enablement initiatives aligned with corporate marketing goals and in compliance with legal directives that deliver on revenue growth targets for products and solutions in the multifamily housing unit.
Job Duties
*Sales Enablement: Equip the inside sales team with presentation materials that communicate the value proposition and succinctly present the relevant messaging to targeted buyer personas at the different stages those buyers are in their buying cycle. Examples: slide decks and account reviews; testimonials; templates; creative programs (including booth graphics) for use at trade shows / industry association meetings.
*Sales Campaigns: Produce steady stream of sales campaigns for inside sales clients that drive revenues, increase market penetration and improve client retention.
*Lead Generation: Using various lead sources, create demand generating activities that deliver qualified prospects to the inside sales team.
*Content Conceptualization and Implementation: Understand and implement the value proposition. Work with corporate shared services or third-party vendors to produce the content. Work with Sales Operations to ensure sales team is empowered for success. Ensure materials adhere to corporate brand and legal guidelines.
*Metrics: Measure marketing return on investment (MROI), suggest and implement improvements

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
*BA/BS in marketing, communications, business or relevant work experience.
*Minimum of 8 years of well rounded marketing communications experience, preferably for a multifamily housing related company, a financial services, credit solutions or software company.
*Experience in managing complex projects.
*Moderate level of independent discretion with easy access to Sr. Manager and Director along with required agreement from corporate brand and legal teams.
*Expertise in Microsoft Office, CrownPeak, Eloqua and Oracle CRM. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial setting and display strong communication and project management
skills.
*Travel is required less than 25% but may peak during times of large trade shows.
