**Essential Functions:**
+ Conduct customer service and product sourcing operations, providing day-to-day support and strategic account management/growth.
+ Interface with and provide superior service and support of multiple key customer contacts, including issue resolution
+ Develop effective product sourcing and supply chain management relationships to ensure customer up-time
+ Ensure customer contractual obligations are met, including key performance indicators tied to documented cost savings
+ Develop, promote and sustain Lean culture and operational processes
+ Drive the delivery of innovative operational and supply-chain level solutions for the customer
+ Drive new account growth through effective solutions development
+ Build and improve strategic downstream and upstream relationships with client senior management and key supply partners
Deliver operational efficiency, ensuring annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each
**Job Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred. An Associate's degree or some college will be considered
+ At least 5 years of administrative and customer service experience in an office environment
+ Industrial or Manufacturing industry experience helpful
+ Must have advanced knowledge and experience of MS Excel. Strong PC skills utilizing MS Office applications, CRM, e-mail, and other proprietary software.
+ Unparalleled communication skills, oral and written, including effective interaction skills with all levels of an organization
+ Developed problem-solving and negotiation skills to address problems with effective solutions and establish common ground
+ Strong planning skills to set objectives and goals, remove roadblocks, measure performance, and deliver results
