ManpowerGroup is looking for a proven, results-orientated, Internal Communications Manager to join our North America ManpowerGroup team! This role will contribute to our strategy and goals in 3 key areas:

+ Work with various Business Leaders and the SVP of People & Culture to create and manage internal communications that support our strategy to become the #1 Global Workforce Solution Company, making sure our people are aligned, informed and engaged.

+ Work with Global Communications to incorporate our company “thought leadership” into our internal communication strategy.

+ Strengthen our employer brand by creating common look/messaging, related to our offerings/opportunities as an employer, working within the People & Culture team and with Marketing.

Based in ManpowerGroup’s Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, this role will work in our highly collaborative work environment. The right individual will enjoy working on high level strategies/plans and also rolling up their sleeves and doing the design and writing of communications.

**How you’ll make a difference and gain experience:**

+ Create comprehensive communication strategies in conjunction with senior leaders that support business transformation.

+ Ensure internal messages across our brands and teams advance our strategy and engagement.

+ Manage internal communication cadence and channels to ensure how organizational messages are communicated reinforces our tone and message.

+ Develop internal communication tools that help operationalize our strategy and focus.

+ Produce excellent executive communications.

+ Collaborate with Human Resources on the communication and packaging of our people practices that help us attract, engage and retain top talent.

+ Partner with our Global Strategic Communications Team to embed our global thought leadership across North America, helping our teams have better conversations with our clients and candidates.

+ Define and implement appropriate metrics that evaluate the success and impact of internal communications strategies and initiatives.

+ Bring inspiring ideas to the team and find ways to strengthen our employee, client and candidate brand loyalty.

**What you’ll bring:**

+ Excellent communication skills, verbal and written—obvious but not to be underestimated. We have a high bar.

+ Strong relationship management capabilities to work across departments and levels.

+ Strong people skills and the ability to get stuff done and bring others with you are critical.

+ Proven success supporting and consulting with senior leaders in a large complex organization.

+ Creative but also driven by metrics and success.

+ Tech-savvy, can learn and navigate different communication tools and platforms quickly.

+ Experience with Google Apps would be valuable, as this is an important platform for internal communications across the organization, globally.

+ This role does not have direct reports, but will need to lead and influence teams and others to succeed.

+ Bachelor’s Degree required and as a guide, we’d expect you to have achieved the equivalent of 5 years communications experience in-house or with an agency or ideally a combination. If you think you have what we’re asking for, the length of time isn’t a disqualifier, you just need to convince us.
