POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible increasing market share in a new market segment with exciting and new methods to support their distributor base and target consumers with the goals of: partnering with high performing distributors to grow sales, developing marketing communications, promotional strategies, and provide value and service to B2B and B2C customer base.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commercial Management

* Support sales organization with distributor marketing and sales event requests

* Marketing liaison for Distributors supporting but not limited to:

o Promotional Plan execution o Facilitate delivery of marketing materials and merchandising materials o Work with finance and customer service to facilitate buy-in programs

* Manage and coordinate International Lead Management System initiative

* Execute market specific research and compile data on relevant data sets to help shape sales strategies

(i.e. competitive info, demographics, trends)

* Pricing Strategy, P&L responsibility, AP management and ability to prioritize projects and initiatives that yield profitable revenue and gross margins.

Marketing Communications

* Develop, produce and fulfill Promotional and In-Store Marketing Materials

* Develop and maintain Standardized Dealer Marketing material resource kit

* Develop and advise International dealer base on market specific Media (Advertising, Events, etc.)

* Create, Own, and adapt existing Public Relations strategies

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Prior Industry retail, marketing, sales, and /or business development/strategy experience preferred.

* Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse organizations and functional areas critical to success.

* High level analytical skills to manage and define project budgets and execution

* Fully self-directed with leadership skills - results driven. Can convert Objectives into actionable plans and timelines that are realistic and delivered.

* Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite required, working knowledge of SAP ERP systems a plus

* Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communications skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelors Degree in business, communications, liberal arts, or other

* 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing or business consulting/strategy
