As a Data Analysts or Data Scientists at P&G, you are Business Leaders: at P&G you need to be effective communicators, self-motivated, and able to drive insights into actions that improve P&G's business results. Your job is to communicate complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower others to drive action based on the insights you derive. Passionate about Analytics: Analytic skills are the foundation of these roles. The ability to mine terabytes of data, derive actionable insights, and then translate those insights into business improving action is critical in our work. In these Data & Analytics roles, you will transform the business to enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics. You will be the primary evangelist to the business for the power of predictive analysis and develop business cases to illustrate the "step-change" in decision-making that occurs when you begin to anticipate what will happen, versus just reflecting on what has occurred. Data and Analytics roles include:

**Data Analyst -** Delivers analytic insights in several business domains (consumer, customer, digital, etc…). With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge and business acumen, this person answers and anticipates critical business questions and opportunities and delivers critical insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts to the business. Data Analysts leverage data visualization (Spotfire), and analytic tools (R, SAS, JMP, Python, etc) to grasp the business building insights in our mountains of data.

**Trade Spend Analyst -** Optimizes in store promotion plans leveraging multiple data sources and analytical models. A trade spend analyst will perform financial/marketing/promotion analytics and make recommendations back to key stakeholders. The analyst will need to understand when, how, and where to directly use, to adjust, or to estimate Price & Promotion data to fit the business case being studied. Trade Spend Analysts leverage data visualization (KNIME, RapidMiner, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.), and analytic tools (R, Python, C++, Java, Scala, etc.) to grasp the business building insights in our mountains of data.

**Data Scientist -** Practitioner of advanced analytics applied to company wicked problems with business leaders. Expert in data management (any sources of data like POS, Consumer profile, ...) , data access (Big Data, traditional Data Marts, ...) , and sophisticated analytic algorithms (like Machine learning) to identify unconventional insights for winning business decisions e.g.: Neighborhood catchment area optimization, Close the Loop with consumer, ...). Be a leader in P&G analytic capability building. Data Scientists leverage data visualization (KNIME, RapidMiner, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.), and analytic tools (R, Python, C++, Java, Scala, etc.) to grasp the business building insights in our mountains of data.

As a P&G business analyst you will be a part of an award winning Business Intelligence community that is Global in scope, and operates across all of P&G's core disciplines.

**Qualifications**

We are looking for leaders who have graduated with a BS, MS/MBA, or PHD in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Programming/Software Development, Operations Research or Statistics who have:

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action

+ Adept at leveraging Analytics technologies and tools for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions and actionable insights.

+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities

+ Experience in CPG/FMCG or retail sales is preferred but open to other industries with demonstrated track record of business analytics mastery

+ Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Data & Analytics:

+ Syndicated point of sale, ("scanner") household panel data

+ Operations Research modeling or specialty area of research

+ E-business or social media platforms
