For those of you who are unfamiliar with Ipsy, it is a subscription service co-founded by a YouTube beauty sensation, Michelle Phan. According to Ipsy, “Each month, subscribers will receive a beautiful Glam Bag with deluxe samples and full-sized beauty products. Members can watch and play along with the stylists with the same products that they are using. All for only $10 a month.” And its the only makeup subscription I gladly pay for each month. From all the subscriptions I have tried Ipsy by far gives you the most for your money and at $10 I am surprised monthly how many great things I get not to mention the gorgeous bags.

I was surprised how great this lipstick is. I figured being a matte shade it would dry my lops out but the texture was creamy and felt great on my lips. And the Cappuccino shade is the most gorgeous neutral shade.

My overall satisfaction of my October 2014 Ipsy Bag exceeded my expectations thus has a rating of more than just 5 stars! I love every single product that I received. I also got all (except for one) full size products which totally blows my mind! The contents of the bag is worth at least $33 USD while I paid only $10 USD for this entire bag. Don’t you think the bag is to die for? I am proud to say that this month’s bag is the best one I’ve received to date.
I tend to shy away from loose shadow as I make such a mess with it. But this shadow was incredibly gorgeous, very good pigment and with primer stay put all day.

Overall I am really impressed with the October 2014 Ipsy Glam bag. The City Color lipstick and Mica Eye Shadow are definite stand outs for me.
