I love all the fun nail art I see but I always figure my hands weren’t steady enough to give it a go. I have a hard time just keeping regular polish on my nail and not all over the tips of my fingers. I had the chance to check out Hot Designs Nail Art Pens and they are a lot of fun!

I reviewed the Basic Beauty collection which is 3 wands with 6 colors total. Each pen has a color on both sides an you can brush the color on with a typical nail polish brush or use the little pin tip to create nail art with your pen. I thought the pen tip was really easy to use and I was surprised how easy it was to make designs.  When I used the color as a main polish I found it chipped really quickly but the pent tips are so great I can use a different polish and use this strictly for the pen tip for creating designs.

I was able to create some cute hearts, polka dots and write my daughters name on her nails. Still practicing my hand so I can move up to more intricate art but I am having fun. This would be a great gift for any girl on your shopping list.
