Augusta Health, a health care provider previously known as Augusta Medical Center, has announced plans to evaluate the community’s state of health through a Community Health Needs Assessment starting next week.
A survey will be conducted to determine Augusta community’s state of health and wellbeing by collecting and analyzing data on conditions like diabetes, obesity, cancer and heart disease in addition to assessing the need for education on these issues.
