I had the privilege to design 5 weight custom sans serif type family to Nokian Tyres. Our goal was to create a type family that reflects the Scandinavian design, roundness of a tyre and the history of Nokian Tyres company. We used the same kind of uppercase N that has been used in old Nokia posters and tyre markings. This new font is part of the Nokian Tyres rebranding by TBWA/Helsinki.
