But at the same time I am afraid to inform you following
In month of Oct I tried to enquire same, they said due to rain the construction has stopped which will resume by nov start, also due to steep price hikes, for their beneficial they have blocked booking to be resumed by Diwali.
I enquired in Diwali, they said the same for dec end.
I went personally to ph2 site in Jan 1st week, got to know about FAR issue, they informed for both things, construction and booking, to be resumed by Jan end.
Day before yesterday I contacted Mr. Yogesh who resides at ph2 site said it to resumed by mid of feb mid or end, with possession to be in end of 2015.
And today I got to know for march.
I can only pray that they would be speaking truth this time.

In my opinion, these Mahagun guys are fooling all the investors in a big way by misrepresenting of approvals at the time of booking and even now by not telling the complete and true information.
At least investors who has invested their hard earned money, must be inform in the right way about the real crux of the problem as its the company liability to inform who is using investors invested money.
In my opinion we should go to the law in united way to get the information out of them and accordingly individual investor can decide out of it personally. By the time they will come with their solution, whatever it may be, none of the investor will be in a situation with enough time to give some other thought , other than accepting what they will offer.
