When it comes to DJ polls, it seems as if EDM culture is divided into two camps. The first is the ever polarizing DJ Mag Top 100 – often regarded as a pay to play boys club more about popularity and less about skill and talent. On the flip side is the Resident Advisor Top 100 – a list that tends to cater strictly to the underground- leaving any mainstream DJ, no matter their ability, seemingly ineligible to be ranked.
