1. Pani Puri



“Bhaiya, thoda spicy kam rakhna”. From girls in the urban Indian cities to kids in small towns asking for “extra pani”, Pani puri is the most-loved street food amongst Indians and is also known as Gol Gappe, Pani Bataashe, Puchka or Phulki in different regions across India. Puri, a crispy sphere commonly made with wheat flour (Aata) or semolina (sujii), is filled with spiced mashed potatoes or chana or both and is served with flavored water.

“Baarish aur garam garam bhajiya” has an extra ordinary duo. Bhajjis are basically Indian fritters made with gram flour and the fillings used in vary from Potatoes, Onions to Spinach, Chillies & Paneer. Best accompanied with classic Masala Chai.

13.  Momos

Momos are small dumplings, a traditional delicacy of Tibet and Nepal. In no time, momos became one of the most favorite street food of Indians, filled with well-minced vegetables or meat and is served with garlic or chilli chutneys. And yes, goes so well with beer.

16.  Jalebi

Jalebi is a delightful goldish color sweet dish is a crisp spiral shaped, made of a batter of plain flour and water. It is afterwards soaked in sugar syrup. 17. Kulfi Faluda

Kachori or Kachauri or Kachodi or Katchuriis an Indian street food spicy snack that is relished a lot. It is a crunchy fried puffed pastry, stuffed with lentils, potato, peas, onions and even dry fruits blended with khoya. It is more often than not served with chutneys- sweet or chilli.

19. Dabeli

Dabeli or Kutchi dabeli or Kachchhi dabeli is a scrumptious bite of India, originating from Mandvi, in Kutch or Kachchh region of Gujarat. It is another version of vada pav made with a sweet and spicy potato mixture with a dabeli masala. Thereafter it is sandwiched between pav or burger bun assisted with chutneys. 20. Poha
