The contest is promoted by Johnson & Johnson Limited, Consumer Products Division, 30 Forjett Street, Mumbai 400036 ("Organizer").
Duration of the Contest : 21st June to 21st July, 2013
Winners / Prizes
There shall be 2 weekly winners (4 weeks) and 2 grand prize winners.
Weekly winners shall receive CLEAN & CLEAR® gift hampers
Grand prize: winning contestant along with her best friend shall be: (i) featured on Organizer's Page and (ii) receive IPOD Shuffle
The first week is from 21st June to 28th June followed by three weeks (Sunday to Saturday)
If a participant has already won a prize during a week, she shall not be eligible for another prize in the subsequent weeks.
The winning photograph shall be decided on the basis of number of votes and Judge's selection. If there are two identical scores, either for the weekly winner or the top scorer, the winner shall be selected by a lucky draw or at the discretion of the Judges.
The decision of the Organizer will be final and binding and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained
Winners shall be informed of further steps if any, to be complied before receipt of prize. Failure to comply will result in automatic disqualification.
If a winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize shall be awarded to the next qualifying participant.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other products or cash, shall be accepted as they are and are subject to any terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Organizer and/or manufacturer. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited or disposed off at the discretion of the Organizer.
In case of products from other manufacturers, Organizer, its officers, agents, distributors have not made and are not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize(s), regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize(s), including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the prize or any components thereto. The prize(s) may be subject to restrictions and/or licenses and may require additional hardware, software, service, or maintenance to use. The winner shall bear all responsibility for use of the prize(s) in compliance with any conditions imposed by manufacturer(s), and any additional costs associated with its use, service, or maintenance.
Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer reserves the right at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefor and without any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu thereof.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Johnson & Johnson Limited and not to Facebook.
Indian citizens who are 18 years of age or above as on the date of commencement of the Contest can submit entries
The Contest is not open to (i) persons who have an agreement or contract with any third parties that prohibits them from participating in the Contest; (ii) the employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members of (a) Organizer, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, "J&J Entities"); and (iii) advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of prizes, and persons or entities connected with the promotion of the Contest.
Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

Only one photo is allowed per contestant. If more than one photo is received for the same contestant, only one photo chosen by the Organizer shall be eligible for participation. The decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding. Only photos submitted online during the Contest duration shall be eligible for the contest.
Where photos are submitted on behalf of a contestant, Organizer assumes that approval for such submission and participation in the contest has been obtained from the persons in the photograph and such persons are aware of the terms and conditions of the contest.
It shall be presumed that any other person accessing the application through your instrument and/or login ID/password is doing so with your consent and understands/agrees to these terms. Organizer shall not be responsible for any damage/injury/loss caused either to you or other user as a result of such use.
