Thousand Oaks Little League’s All-Stars wasted no time scoring runs.
The 11- and 12-year-olds put up 10 runs in the first inning of its 22-0 win in four innings against Moorpark Little League in the opening game of the District 13 Tournament on Tuesday at Colina Middle School in Thousand Oaks.
