Since the spirit itself is a combination of pot stilled whiskey and small batch grain whiskey matured in charred oak barrels, creating Irish oak tumblers with charred interiors designed by Irish wood turner seems appropriate.
The external packaging, made from a classic Irish Oak shipping box nailed shut for safe keeping, provides a similarly authentic feel.
You’ll need more than a little luck and a fast credit card draw, though, to bring one kit home since only 20 packages were made. Makers & Brothers is currently selling two for the knicker-knotting price of $396.
