Manhattan boasts many iconic buildings which offer lavish accommodations – and one of the most prestigious addresses is certainly The Pierre hotel. Now New Yorkers with very deep pockets have the chance to lease the building’s entire 39th floor, including the Presidential Suite, for a cool $500,000 a month. This makes it the most expensive rental in New York City.

In addition to the ultra-luxurious apartment, the deal also includes access to other rooms on the floor, which brings the total living space available to the renter to 4,786 square-feet, or six bedrooms and six and a half bathroom. Sweetening the pot even further is access to the hotel’s high-end facilities: room service from the two in-house restaurants, housekeeping and butler service, in-room spa treatments, and the option to rent the Pierre’s private Jaguar. The apartment offers a clear view of Central Park, while the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, the George Washington Bridge, Wollman Rink, and the Plaza Hote are also visible. Pets can be brought along if they weigh less than pounds.

For those who don’t want the entire floor, there’s always the option of only renting the Presidential Suite for $400,000 a month, while does envisioning a shorter stay can have the place for $20,000 per night.
