Hello lovelies,
today is the last day of my holiday and also last guest blog post. I've left Allie from Brit Nails at last....why? Because in my eyes she is a rising nail blogging star which has been confirmed to me by a Cosmopolitan Blog Awards nomination where me, Allie and Sammy from Nailasaurus are nominated for Best Established Beauty blogger. Have you noticed? THREE nail blogs this year, that's amazing!
Allie aka Brit Nails has beautiful nails, does great and clear pictures and lately she's doing nail art along swatches which is a huge plus for me because I love nail art! I can't wait to meet Allie in person and you guys definitely remember Brit Nails, I'm sure we'll hear a lot from her in the future ;) Let's have a look at the post:

Hi! I'm Allie and I'm excited to be taking over Lucy's blog for a few minutes while she's away! One of the first techniques I learned when I was getting into nail art was stamping. It's still a love of mine but I don't find myself doing it as often as I'd like, so for my guest post I decided to break out the plates!
I started with a white base, then I made a gradient using Barry M Gellies in Guava, Greenberry and Key Lime. For the stamping, I decided on a chevron pattern from Bundle Monster plate 201, and I used Konad special polish in white to stamp with. I finished with a coat of Northern Lights holo top coat for a bit of sparkle!
The colours ended up looking really tropical and summery! Stamping can also hide a multitude of sins if your gradient is less than perfect. I hope you liked my post and thank you Lucy for featuring me. - Allie x

Such sweet and summery nails, I just love them! I'm glad Allie chose stamping technique as well as I don't do it very often so you guys get some inspiration ;)
