Role Purpose:

Strategic Acquisition a nationwide High Value Community through Partnership with Corporate, Organization, Reseller, Coordination with related function. Maintain, Selling, Getting, Supervise & Evaluation GTM strategy sales community and program administration (PKS,Incentive,TURS). Summarize community performance data (active,reload,allocation etc), In Order to fulfill the company target with guidance form Channel Management

Scope:

Increase real new acquisition & existing member which have good quality

1.   Strategic Acquisition of nationwide High Value Partnership community.

Continious Improvement in maintaining end to end (Acquisition, documentation, socialization, technology & promotion)

Education the program to Partner and PIC Community Area/SA

Processing Incentive & TURS partner as scheduled.

Monthly reporting & performance tracking (dashboard)

Monitoring,summarizing & evaluation

2.Team collaboration

1 .  Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers

2.   Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished

delegated tasks assigned by managers

Knowing how the flow to make area and SA team understanding about the program

Deliver report to internal team in order to push the program to meet the

Target

Provide continuous inputs on business process and system improvement.

In order to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient

manner
