Fashion shows always offer a wide range of set designs, pop-up furniture, ephemeral architecture and, surely, sound and light design. Check out a selection of catwalk designs seen at Milan Men Fashion Week. Dsquared, Fendi, Marcelo Burlon, Missoni and Msgm went minimal and structural with simple LED lighting and geometrical structures, guiding the walk with simple light colours. Prada commisioned AMO for a modest design to recreate a domestic interior, while Antonio Marras rethinks the whole concept with a theatre show where models are actors that interact with very elaborate interiors. Hylemo designed a set of columns for Versace, five-meters high, all in laser-cut plywood, celebrating the brand.
