TweetAccording to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Denver Broncos have agreed in principle to a three-year contract with free agent defensive end DeMarcus Ware that includes $20 million in guaranteed money:

Ware was released Tuesday by the Cowboys after nine years with Dallas. The 31-year-old pass-rusher’s play has declined in 2013 as he was only able to register a career-low six sacks after reaching double-digit sack number for seven consecutive seasons.
The acquisition of Ware continues the Broncos’ free agency spending spree that includes former Cleveland Browns safety T.J. Ward and cornerback Aqib Talib from the Patriots.
