Meet and/or exceed individual revenue targets.

Develop short and long range strategies that achieve strong growth and profitability with National Corporate Accounts.

Effectively build and execute a territory plan to maximize revenues

Responsible for developing and managing customer relationships with corporate accounts and for setting the accounts overall direction and specification of Rain Bird products.

Retain Corporate Accounts through the development of strong relationships with key individuals and top decision makers within an organization.

Address the underlying/future needs of customer accounts.  Individual must be energetic and decisive in driving new ideas forward within the accounts and within Rain Bird.

Learn, maintain and communicate in depth knowledge of Rain Bird products and services, industry trends and competition.

Demonstrate an ability to communicate about Environmental Stewardship, Water and Energy Conservation, LEED, Sustainable Sites and other benefits surrounding Water Conservation.

Coordinate effectively and in a timely manner with other Rain Bird sales teams including National Corporate Account Manager, Area Specification Managers, Distributor Managers, Central Control Specialists, Contractor Account Managers and Drip Product Sales Managers.

Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information.

Create accurate forecasts and sales funnel information.

Create and deliver persuasive presentations.

Financially analyze each program to ensure profitability and good business decision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

B.A. or B.S. Degree.

7+ year’s successful sales experience and a proven ability to sell.

Excellent technological awareness as well as written and verbal skills.

Proven sales experience, strong cold-calling experience.

Fast learner, adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and corresponding value propositions.

Must be able to travel to a variety of locations and work effectively in a variety of environments including office, headquarters, plant and various Corporate Account locations.  This position requires approximately 50% overnight travel.

MBA

Successful experience in working with National Corporate Accounts.
