Hi all,

This is just a brief post to introduce myself:

I discovered Longecity through a recent Bulletproof Executive podcast (#82 with Abelard Lindsay, talking about CILTEP).

I'm grateful to find such a passionate community on these topics, especially given what appears to be a general preference for the scientific method!

Personally, I'm primarily interested, as per Dave Asprey's approach, in approaches to improving mitochondrial function. Recently, I've become interested in nrf2 pathway activation, via the book Power Up Your Brain... which recommends a combination of Sulforaphane, Pterostilbene, ALA and Green Tea extract.

I engage in daily HRV training as well as validated brain training exercises such as dual n-back, and the Posit Science BrainHQ system.
