I keep a word document that I periodically update with info I read on longecity and other sites that either sound like a noot or learning strategy that interests me. If you have such notes I;d love to see it!
Towards the bottom are things I am researching.
pyrroloquinoline quinone – anti-ox, anti-age, mitochondria energy **

Joints/endurance
Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking soda): I'll probably get a lot of slack for this, but it's extremely cheap and had a huge impact on muscle endurance. Especially the type of system used in MMA.
Beta Alanine: A lot of talk has been brought up about this and for good reason. The NSCA has done tons of studies on this and I've personally seen it improve endurance drastically.
Kre-Alk Creatine- Creatine that increases PH balance, great stuff.
Wobenzym- Recovery and inflammation are extremely important when training at high levels. Wobenzym is a systematic enzyme that will increase your body's natural response to fight inflammation.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin for strong joints.
Joints
-Glucosamine/Chondroitin
-MSM
-Hyaluronic Acid
-SAMe
-Celadrin
Cissus is more for tendons, ligaments, and bones but not for cartilage issues per se.
Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM is your best bet for cartilage problem. HA is very good as well especially if your joints feel stiff.
Cardio: beta alanine, controlled labs purple wraath, xtend pre-cardio, Millennium Sport Cordygen VO2 ULTRA, Cordygen 5, Body Octane. Cordyceps, citruvol.
