Peter Elston has been appointed global investment strategist at the investment management firm. He joins from Aberdeen Asset Management, where he was head of Asia Pacific strategy and asset allocation.

Ollie Saunders has been appointed director in the real estate-focused professional services and investment management firm’s valuation team in London. He joins from Deloitte Real Estate, where he was an equity partner and head of real estate valuation in its UK business.
BNY Mellon Investment Management
Asmita Kapadia has been appointed head of corporate communications, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, at the investment management firm. She has previously held positions at Hermes Investment Management, M&G Investments, and Colonial First State Investments.
Cushman & Wakefield
The real estate adviser has announced several appointments to its retail property and asset management business. Gwen Youlden joins as the team’s head of marketing and commercialisation from JLL, where she headed up its London retail marketing team. She will work alongside Anna Maslenikova, who joins from McCarthy & Stone. John Hussey joins as a senior surveyor from Savills. Martin Sheed joins as a surveyor from Hillhouse Properties.

The management consultancy has appointed Brandon Bichler as a partner. He joins from Infosys Consulting, where he led the manufacturing and process transformation practices.
