Asin, who has recently made her engagement with Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma, has planned to celebrate the festivals with him. The actress is all geared up to celebrate Onam which falls on August 28 with her family at her native place in Cochin. The Ghajini actress has made it a point this year to celebrate this fiesta at her abode in her hometown Kochi with family and cousins who will visit her on the auspicious day.
Her fiancé Rahul is expected to fly in to Kochi from the US where he is currently travelling on work. Rahul reportedly intends to be with Asin and wants to spend time with the members of her family only to make close connection.
Asin has taken charge of this year’s celebration at her home town. It is going to be a strictly family celebration accompanied by the customary traditional onasadya (traditional vegetarian food) and flower carpet at the entrance of her house. Like every year this year too Asin is looking forward to gorge on Onam delicacies like payasam and banana chips which her mom would be specially preparing.
Rahul’s presence will surely add to the festive mood.
While everyone is talking about Asin’s marriage, the actress is mum about the wedding preparation.
While on the show Comedy Nights With Kapil, Asin blushed as the discussion drifted towards her wedding. Abhishek Bachchan, her co-star in the movie All Is Well teased her for being “coy” to talk about her wedding.
