The beautiful city of Parma, in Emilia Romagna, is host to two exhibitions that pay homage to the sartorial genius of the Italian designer.

Gianfranco Ferré’s creative genius, and Michel Comte’s photographic art, are the stars of two exhibits that form part of the many initiatives organized for the bicentenary  of the arrival in Parma of Marie Louise of Habsburg-Lorraine – former Empress of the French and Duchess of Parma, Piacenza and Guastalla. The exhibition, “Ferré and Comte. DETAILS. Great interpreters between fashion and art”  will unwind through the halls of the first and second floors of the Governor’s Palace in Parma from September 30th, 2016 to January 15th, 2017. The “Gianfranco Ferré and Maria Luigia: Unexpected Assonances” exhibit, displayed on the first floor, is curated by Gloria Bianchini and Alberto Nodolini, in collaboration with the Gianfranco Ferré Foundation.
