Precisely at 3:00 Evangelist Pastor Abner Nicolas Menchaca Tristan stood at the lower podium to begin the Holy Supper Service. His energetic demeanor mirrored the Church’s desire to arrive at this special moment. As he stepped up to the pulpit, the Church glorified the Lord, for they knew that this was the beginning, the preamble, to the crowning moment of this festivity.
During the Consecration presided by Brother Menchaca urged the Church to acknowledge the magnitude of this celebration, reminded them of the value of freedom, recalling how strongly the Children of Israel craved to be free of the yoke of Egypt. “This is the day,” he said, “is the day we celebrate our liberation.”
