Just a few more hours left! Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) is all set to release the exam result for the Common Entrance Test in a short while from now.
The IIMC entrance exam result 2016 is going to be declared today (22nd June). Candidates who have participated in the exam can check their qualifying status by visiting the authorized website which is www.iimc.nic.in after the result declaration.
Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) entrance test is conducted for admission into PG diploma courses of Journalism Hindi/English, Radio and TV journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Odia journalism, and diploma course in journalism (Urdu).
This year the exam was successfully held on 29 & 30 May in a total of five shifts at 19 centers across the nation. As per sources, nearly 5 thousand candidates participated in the prestigious exam.
The latest news is that the process of evaluating the answer sheets is complete and the result will be declared today. The official notification displayed at iimc.nic.in states “Entrance Examination result will be announced around 22 June on IIMC website.”
A merit list displaying the names of candidates who have cracked the entrance will be uploaded on the authorized web portal. The shortlisted candidates will have to undergo group discussion and interview session.
