Big Sing 1 – Thursday, October 16 at 6:15 p.m. Presented in conjunction with the museum’s special exhibition “James Drake: Anatomy of Drawing and Space (Brain Trash),” this Big Sing incorporates a variety of songs with diverse subject matter and influence. Songs will range from cowboy tunes reminiscent of West Texas to Classical works and will span styles and time periods. In her life before kids, Emily held jobs as a zookeeper, a middle school teacher, and a tour bus driver in the wilds of Montana–not one of which prepared her for the adventures of motherhood.
