Explore Music- Monday, August 19 from 10-11am. Free Documentary Screening and Swim at Barton Springs - Tuesday, August 20 at 8:30 p.m. Living Springs, an interactive documentary about the history, science, culture and spiritual practices at Barton Springs will host a FREE, public screening featuring several short videos from their upcoming project. The screening will take place on Tuesday August 20th at 8:30 p.m. on the outside patio at the Beverly S. Sheffield Education Center near the north side or main entrance to Barton Springs. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. After the screening take a FREE swim in the Springs and join in the “Keep Austin Weird” tradition of howling at the full moon. Beverly S. Summer Storytime- Friday, August 23 at 10:45am. Storytime Art, or StArt! is a great opportunity for your young child to experience art! Geared to the 31/2- 6 yer old pre-schooler, but some projects translate into a Mommy and Me project for those a little younger. And, of course, anyone older is welcome.
