Selena Gomez is carving time out of her Revival Tour to meet-and-greet with fans, some of whom have serious illnesses.

Last night, Gomez saw 7-year-old YouTuber Audrey Nethery, who suffers from a condition called Diamond Blackfan Anemia, which weakens hers ability to produce red blood cells and circulate oxygen, requiring her to receive constant blood transfusions. Selena drew attention to her experience with an Instagram video.
“Finally got to meet this sweetheart,” Gomez wrote. “She owned it fully.”
