Day 1 -Sail Away
Here we are once again, the 6th annual NKOTB cruise … Yes I said 6 … Yes they have done 5 other cruises before this and YES I have been on the last 4 including this one. I swore to myself this was going to be my LAST cruise. Nothing was going to change my mind. Okay, so here we go, another sold out cruise 3000 women and 10 men are ready to embark on a journey from New York City to Bermuda for 5 days and 4 nights. My roommate Laurina and I have priority boarding, that is what you get when you pay HIGH dollar, and we were able to board before even some of the group member’s. The first thing we did was head straight to our room to get our door decorations up (we did not win) although everyone loved “The NKOTB Candy Shop”. Hope you had a chance to see it… as we were putting up our signs we realized how close to the guys we were and Danny Wood, not but 10 minutes on board came up to us to take a picture. How cool is that? Even better about 1 hour before our sail away party Mr. Donnie Wahlberg decided to set up “selfie” shop outside our room. Donnie, you are welcome for the music while you stood there for about 45 minutes taking pictures with everyone. He is so awesome for that! So two NK’s in less than 2 hours this was going to be an epic cruise I can feel it. Now, Laurina and I are veteran cruisers and we know the drill, EVERYONE must attend the boat security briefing, ha, NOT! We hid (I can’t tell you all our secrets) but it was a success and we were able to get a great spot for the sail away.
The time is 4pm and now it is time to leave the NYC port and start our journey … I am still tripping out that I am on this cruise again. You already saw “The Oath” video if not please refer to the top of this blog… why did you not watch it already?? Oh well here it is again …
The sail away party is usually a starting point for determining your level of alcohol tolerance. I found out I HAVE ZERO, I actually left the lido party early but not after Joey taking my phone and taking a group “ “selfie”. Now I have 3 Nk’s and Day 1 has not even ended yet…
I also believe I left the party not only because I had a little too much to drink but because we were right next to the speaker and I couldn’t even hear my life . Thanks Laurina for picking such a quality spot, I know that next year I will have to purchase ear plugs if I have any plans of wanting to hear in my future. Okay so I left the sail away party but not before I got my bucket of beer and saw a few friends on my way out, back at in the room and the hallways were like a ghost town, I was able to regroup and try to sober up a little, because in about 2 hours it was already Group A’s turn for the game show. Did I forget to mention this is really not a vacation …
Game Show Time : NKOTB Family Feud
We got lucky … FRONT ROW center seats … again this is what happens when you sacrifice your hard earned money and it was worth every penny. Plus you have fantastic booking skills. Now it’s time for NKOTB family feud, I have been blessed with NKOTB and participating in events like Donnie’s Backrub or being pulled up on stage for lido parties but the game show was on my bucket list… since this was my last cruise. We found out they handed out some raffle tickets that we were unaware of and I was thinking, well there goes my shot. Donnie comes out introduces the other band members and what do you know there is one extra spot, since Donnie wanted to play host instead of contestant. So without hesitation before anyone else could even try to offer to play I yell with great force “I WILL DO IT” Donnie looked at me and said “Let’s GO” I jumped up with my Bud Light because I had to sober up from the sail away party and I joined “Team Dorchester” with two other ladies, Jon and Danny. YES, finally apart of the game show. I am sad to say we lost, but I did get one of the two questions I was asked right thanks to Danny Wood (great team player). Check out the videos below …

Masquerade Night:
Ha! Since I decided to sober up with Bud Light I missed this lido party… I know… Shame on me since this is my last cruise. I heard it was amazing but I was thinking hey I have 3 more nights to go.
Welcome to the After Party:
We really don’t talk much about the after parties, but after 2 years of doing these people know what’s up … Donnie Wahlberg does NOT sleep on the cruise… these after parties start about 3am so I had time to catch some ZZzz’s before heading to the club. Wristband only ,invite only and well how you get the wristband is your business (insert smirk) He does his after parties 3 of the 4 nights and I don’t know if he had a 5 day supply of Red Bull but this year these parties didn’t end until about 7 am … remember this is not a vacation … sleep what is that?
Day 2-
Group A had a lot going on the first two days. It was time to head back to the concert venue to catch a sneak peak of Joey McIntyre’s new sitcom “The McCarthy’s” I enjoyed it, and look forward to the season premiere on CBS! Silly little plug. After the screening we went back to our room to relax remember me and the roomie didn’t get back to our room until about 8am since we had breakfast straight from the after party. We watched Danny Wood’s “Beer Pong” from our room and must have missed a Day party along with it. I am glad I got my rest though because next was our “Let’s Get Intimate” concert. I have sat front row before but this was a smaller stage so this was really front row. Thank you to Donnie, Danny and Joe for making me feel so special … see the videos below… Shhh we were not allowed to take video of this concert. Like we actually listen…
Cowboy Up!
How could anyone miss this … Ladies looked great and well any member of NKOTB in a hat, tight jeans, and boots can make you drool! There is only one video to explain how much fun this night was …

Day 3- Bermuda
Wow, time flies when you are having fun… we are finally in Bermuda… one word to descried this place is BEAUITFUL, we took a bus to a beach that supposedly had pink sand. NOT! Okay, it had a little bit of pink sand but ummm they made me think it was full of PINK … It was still beautiful though and glad I was able to finally get some sun. It has been cloudy most of the cruise. When we got back to our room we received a nice gift in the form of a bracelet for a secret event … to later be known as “Donnie’s sacred Circle” basically it is sacred, so this is all you will get …

The rest of the day was Group A’s relax day until the lido party…
Night at the Movies:
A League of their Own … Grease …Ghostbusters … Alice and Wonderland and Tupac yes I said Tupac … if you were on the cruise and you saw TUPAC don’t worry it was not a hologram it was ME! We could dress up as our favorite movie or favorite actor/actress . I cut my hair so going as Jennifer Lopez was not going work. Thanks to my friend was I was able to acquire a Tupac mask … all the guys loved it and Donnie pulled me up on the lido stage. I must apologize to Donnie now for hitting him in his man jewels with my bottle. You can’t really see out of the mask. He took it like a man though …. See video below
End of Night 3 into Day 4
This was the last night of the after party we stayed up until about 8 am so you can guess we were VERY tired… and what makes it worse is that was picture day for Group A … we all look forward to this day because if we didn’t get any face time this was our chance to see our boys face to face. This was the best photo op they actually gave us time to say hello and hug the guys and get in a little conversation. There was also a special surprise this year a couple decided to get married on the cruise with Joey giving away the bride and Donnie actually marrying them. Although I would not have Donnie marrying me to someone else it would be me marrying him … ohh that Jenny McCarthy is one lucky lady … Shout out to the couple and how they were able to pull that off. Time went by really fast this day and before we knew it was time for our lido deck party …
Is it really almost over … GPS Night
Now most people don’t know this but we come from all around the world … Japan, London, Australia, Germany, China, Mexico, and can’t forget the great USA and I was very happy to see so many Arizona fans. It is nice to see all the different cultures, races, and backgrounds, etc that come together for one group. Donnie always makes it a point to stay on the lido deck until the boat docks at the port, and joining him this year was Danny Wood and Jon Knight, I am glad I stayed and more than half the boat this year stayed as well.

We were able to see the Statue of Liberty on our way in … thank you to Jennifer for this picture… I never got to see her up close so it was a special moment for me, now it was about time to dock and as Donnie saying his goodbyes and we are saying our goodbyes to friends ,you could see the tears…

NKOTB is WORLDWIDE and these fans called BLOCKHEADS have been representing for 30 years. I am proud to say I am a part of this great group of fans. I have met so many wonderful women that I could not imagine never meeting. I talk about his cruise every year and finish the same way… it is MORE then just about the group it is about the friendship that have come because of the group. I thank NKOTB for bringing so many wonderful women into my life some who I consider my best friends. I know I said this was my last cruise but how could I not see my favorite ladies again next year … YES I AM CRUSING NEXT YEAR , so until then I will see you on twitter, Facebook, Instagram or whatsapp and lets count down the days until we set sail with our favorite 5 guys better known to everyone else as NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK
PS … If you want to catch more of this wonderful event! NKOTB has signed a deal with TVGN and they were shooting a reality show series this year on the cruise more details to come when it airs but I am sure it is going to be very entertaining.
