Smart phones and tablets allow us to have money and time saving technology right at our finger tips! One of my favorite ways to save money is by putting my smartphone to work. This is even more important with Back to School Shopping just around the corner. Don't leave money on the table with these great money saving tools.
Coupon Apps:
Target Cartwheel: Coupons you can use in store at Target. Watch for coupons on school supplies, clothing and more. Encourage your Facebook friends to join as well and you will be able to hold more offers on your list. Scan items in-store to see if an offer is available. Most Target locations offer FREE Wi-Fi too! Cartwheel offers will stack with paper coupons (Target allows using a Target coupon, manufacturer coupon and Cartwheel App... savings bonus)!
Kroger: Use their app to load and manage your eCoupons for the store. Coupons will automatically be deducted from purchase when you enter your Kroger Card in at checkout. Store brand and exclusive offers available. Friday features a FREE item.
RetailMeNot: My go to site to search for coupons. Has in-store and online listed.
Rebate Apps:
Savings Star: Upload grocery coupons to App. Make purchase at qualifying store. Use App to take picture of receipt and UPC. Discount received as cash back. Bonus: Tuesdays there is a new produce offer.
Ibotta: Ibotta has rebates for grocery, dining out, clothing, movies and more. Choose your rebates. Follow App steps to select the rebate. Scan UPC and upload receipt. Receive money back as rebate. Online rebates are also available.
Checkout 51: Grocery rebate App that has fresh fruit and veggie deals along with grocery. Upload receipt and receive money back.
Snap App by Groupon: Features fresh items and popular name brands. Upload receipt and receive money back.
Rebate Sites:
Ebates and Shopathome are sites that allow you to earn cash back on purchases. Once you hit an earning threshold a check is sent to you. I like to use these sites when no other deal is available or when I making big purchases.
